Spring Sports are Here!

Track and Field is on Tuesday and Thursday. All practices will be held at Bell Middle School and we will utilize the track outdoors whenever possible. On rain/snow days we will practice indoors.  There is just one program, it is co-ed, however boys will compete against boys and girls against girls in all events. All meets will also be held on a Tuesday or Thursday. There will be one home meet and 3 to 4 away meets. The schedule for meets usually comes out mid-April.

Events included in track and field are: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m, 4 x 100m relay, long jump and shot put.

Track and Field starts on Tuesday, March 21st and runs through May 18th.

Speed, Agility and Quickness Training will be held on Monday and Wednesday. This program will empower your student with the skills, confidence, and competitive edge they need for an enhanced athletic experience.  It is often speed, agility, and quickness that allows the athlete to separate from a defender on offense, defend opposing ball handlers and generate turnovers of defense or simply have with better footwork and explosiveness on and off the field. Students will be paired with other athletes of similar ability for partner exercises, but for the most part, will be competing against themselves to push their athletic potential to its highest limits!

Speed, Agility and Quickness starts on Monday, March 20th and runs through May 17th.
